    • We assess your needs through an in depth virtual consultation - in this world of AI we believe it’s important to get to know each other and retain a personalised service.

    • Once the practicalities have been discussed and parameters agreed, we commence working together with an onboarding session.

    • Your VA will work in real-time daily to carry out the work. We find this is the best way to ascertain trust, maximise our utility and integrate fully into your routine.

    • For the duration of the timeslot, communication can flow (video / verbal or written). Outside of the timeslot you are able to send follow up information or instructions, knowing when they will be dealt with accordingly.

    • We are a bespoke service and do our best to work within your systems - you provide us the necessary accounts and logins. Where appropriate or requested, we will also make suggestions and problem solve - this is what sets us apart, we want to maximise your potential and ours, we are invested in our client’s success!

    • Our smallest packages are 1 hour per day.

    • We strongly suggest 4 - 5 days per week to truly integrate and be maximally effective for you.

    • The service is designed to be consistent yet flexible. The contract is set on a rolling annual basis, with quarterly break-clauses.

    • The consistent focused slots with your VA are incredibly cost effective and an efficient use of time and funds.

    • In terms of added value to your company, quality of personnel and comparable costing to employ staff yourself, it is a no-brainer.

    • You are saving on a full salary, HR costs, National Insurance, pension contributions, office space and any employee downtime.

    • We transparently close for 2 weeks over Christmas & New Year. (Unless otherwise agreed / requested).

    • We also observe 5 additional UK bank holidays (again, unless otherwise agreed / requested).

    • Invoices are pro-rata for consistency and clarity.

    • We work on the basis of a rolling annual contract, with quarterly break-clauses.

    • Invoices are pro-rata and paid monthly in advance (or quarterly if preferred).

    • Our service is designed to be stable, reliable and consistent, thus contractually you will have set regular hours.

    • We understand that on occasion you may require additional hours and will endeavour to provide this.

    • Should you wish to adjust your contract to reduce hours, you can utilise your quarterly break-clause to alter the set hours going forward.

    • Our team are all UK based. No time-zone issues here!

    • Katie (our founder) lives and works in SW London.

    • All our VAs sign NDAs

    • We take precautions and use secure measures to protect your sensitive information and intellectual property.

    • We are virtual by nature, however video calls are very much encouraged!

    • Whether you have a daily or weekly check-in, that’s your call. Building the relationship will benefit all parties.
